Payment & terms: 100% of the participation fee is payable at booking, or an approved token amount. Stall possession is given only after full payment. Shape, size and position are at the organiser’s discretion. Participation fees are non-refundable. Read full terms

A 9ft × 9ft stall includes covering on three sides, 2 tables, 2 chairs, 1 tube light, an electricity connection and a fascia board with your brand name. Each stall type lists its own inclusions in the tariff table above.
Yes. All stall prices are exclusive of GST, which is charged at 18% as applicable. Corner stalls carry a 25% extra charge on the base price.
Yes. You can pay by UPI, debit card, credit card or net banking through our secure payment gateway. You may also pay by NEFT, local cheque or demand draft in favour of Pragati Event.
You can state a preferred block when booking and we will try our best to honour it. Final allotment of shape, size and position rests with the organisers, and earlier bookings get first preference.
As per the official booking terms, participation fees are non-refundable. Stall possession is given only after full payment is received. Please read the booking requisition form before confirming.
