Participation Terms

• 100% of the participation fee is payable at the time of booking unless a token booking has been expressly approved in writing.
• Stall possession is given only after full payment is received.
• No exclusive right will be given for any product category.
• Participation fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• The organiser reserves all rights of cancellation in case of any misdeed.
• The shape, size and position of a stall are at the sole discretion of the organiser.
• Corner stalls carry a 25% extra charge. GST at 18% is extra on all prices.
• The management will not be responsible for any natural climate event or unavoidable circumstance, and sponsorship or stall fees will not be refunded in such cases.
