Refund & Cancellation Policy

Participation fees, stall fees and sponsorship fees are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, as stated in the official booking terms.

Token bookings

Where a token amount has been accepted to hold a stall, the balance must be paid by the date communicated in writing. If the balance is not received by that date, the organiser may release the stall and the token amount will not be refunded.

Failed or duplicate online payments

If an online payment is debited from your account but not reflected against your booking, or if a duplicate payment is made, please write to us with the transaction reference within 7 days. Verified failed or duplicate transactions are refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Event postponement

In case of natural climate events or other unavoidable circumstances, the management will not be responsible and sponsorship or stall fees will not be refunded.
